GNA Axles has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, had reappointed, Gursaran Singh (DIN 00805558) and Managing Director (MD) of the Company for a period of 3 years with effective from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2023 and Rachhpall Singh (DIN 00278948) as Wholetime Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effective from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2023 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors of the Company had also reappointed Jasminder Singh Johal (DIN 06933082) as Non Executive Independent Director of the company for a further period of 5 years commencing 10th June 2020 to 9th June 2025 subject to approval of the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting.
