Aptech has informed that the Board meeting of the Company was held today for approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020. During the meeting, the members of the Board were apprised about the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated 20th May, 2020 which came into immediate effect. In view of the said circular, the Board thought it appropriate to meet again on 25th May 2020, to consider approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020 with disclosure, if any, in compliance with the said circular.
