Further the company has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct of Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Insiders’ (‘The Code’) adopted by the Company, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window was closed for persons covered under the Code, from Wednesday, April 01, 2020 till 48 hours from declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020. Pursuant to the same, the period of closure of Trading window is from Wednesday, April 01, 2020 till Sunday, May 31, 2020.
