Bajaj Auto has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.
The Company has reported a rise of 0.36% in its net profit at Rs 1310.29 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1305.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 5.65% at Rs 7348.50 crore for Q4FY20 as compared Rs 7788.55 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 3.87% in its net profit attributable to owners of the company at Rs 1353.99 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1408.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 7.00% at Rs 7243.31 crore for Q4FY20 as compared Rs 7788.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2020, the company has reported a rise of 9.09% in its net profit at Rs 5099.98 crore as compared to Rs 4675.18 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.45% at Rs 31652.21 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 31796.42 crore for year ended March 31, 2019.
For the year ended March 31, 2020, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 5.77% in its net profit attributable to owners of the company at Rs 5211.91 crore as compared to Rs 4927.61 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.82% at Rs 31443.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 31702.12 crore for year ended March 31, 2019.
