Bosch has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely, ‘Robert Bosch India Manufacturing and Technology’ on May 31, 2020. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space and will help the company in becoming more agile and customer-focused.

Additionally, Bosch has in India the largest development center outside Germany, for end to end engineering and technology solutions.
