Vardhman Textiles has raised Rs 195 crore through secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1950 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each to ICICI Securities Primary Dealership. The Committee of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 01, 2020, has allotted and approved the same.
