Gustavo Franco will hold office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, whichever is earlier. Gustavo Franco is not related to any of the existing directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority. Gustavo Franco is an employee of RHI Magnesita N.V., ultimate holding company of Orient Refractories.
