Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CMD1/CIR/P/2020/63 dated April 17, 2020, CSB Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Monday, June 15, 2020, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020. In continuation of its letter no. B&S/696/2020 dated March 30, 2019, advising about the closure of trading window with effect from April 1, 2020, the company has informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed upto and including Wednesday, June 17, 2020 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives in terms of Bank’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
