IRB Infrastructure Developers gains on raising Rs 300 crore via NCDs

IRB Infrastructure Developers is currently trading at Rs. 70.30, up by 0.30 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 70.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 70.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 71.90 and Rs. 68.65 respectively. So far 74873 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 119.70 on 21-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 46.00 on 25-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 71.90 and Rs. 62.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2490.02 crore.

IRB Infrastructure Developers has raised Rs 300 crore through allotment of 9.55 percent secured, redeemable, listed, rated nonconvertible debentures (NCDs) of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 300 crore on a private placement basis. The management administration and share transfer committee of the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on June 15, 2020 has allotted the same.

IRB Infrastructure Developers undertakes development of various infrastructure projects in the road sector through several special purpose vehicles.
