With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates and disclosure in compliances thereof by Large Corporates, Sharat Industries has informed that the Company is not being identified as large corporate within the purview of the aforesaid circular for the year ending 31.3.2020. The Company also noted that Vivekananda Gupta has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer on 19.2.2020.
