The Registered Office of the Company is situated in Chennai. The company will not be able to conduct the Board Meeting to consider Audited Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2020 till June 30, 2020. The company once again requested to grant extension of time upto July 31, 2020 for publishing audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2020.
