Further to the communication about the Board Meeting to, raise funds through issue of non-convertible debentures dated June 17, 2020, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held today, June 20, 2020, has approved the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 195 crore on a private placement basis to IDFC First Bank. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 01.30 pm.
