Further, in terms of Punjab & Sind Bank Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window, which was closed from the end of the quarter ended 31.03.2020 i.e. from 01.04.2020, shall remain closed, for all designated/connected persons till 01.07.2020. Further, in terms of Punjab & Sind Bank Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all designated/connected persons, from 01.07.2020 till 48 hours after the date of the Board meeting held to take on record the financial results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2020.
