Indian Overseas Bank has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.
The bank has reported 39.45% rise in its net profit of Rs 14379 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 1985.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 0.19% at Rs 5484.06 crore for Q4FY20 as compared Rs 5473.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2020, the bank has reported net loss of Rs 8527.40 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 3737.88 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 5.15% at Rs 20712.48 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 21837.58 crore for year ended March 31, 2019.
