The Notice of 47th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report 2019-20 will be sent to all shareholders whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories and will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sekuritindia.com. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, 18th July 2020 to Saturday, 25th July 2020.
