Bajaj Finance falls after S&P Global Ratings downgrades credit ratings of the company

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 2810.00, down by 94.30 points or 3.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 2904.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2760.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2860.00 and Rs. 2760.00 respectively. So far 301899 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4923.20 on 20-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1783.10 on 27-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3144.00 and Rs. 2729.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 169025.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.05% and 11.75% respectively.

S&P Global Ratings has downgraded the credit rating of Bajaj Finance from Long term rating of ‘BBB-/Negative’ and Short-term rating of ‘A-3’ to Long term rating of ‘BB+/Stable’ and Short-term rating of ‘B’.
