Baroda Rayon Corporation has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately.
