Tata Power Company is currently trading at Rs. 45.50, up by 0.75 points or 1.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.80 and Rs. 45.10 respectively. So far 58711 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 74.05 on 03-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.00 on 12-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 47.35 and Rs. 42.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12103.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.46% and 16.31% respectively.

Tata Power Company is planning to raise funds by way of issue of one or more instruments including equity shares, convertible securities of any description or warrants or debt securities, through preferential issue, private placements, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the company. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on July 2, 2020, to consider and approve the same.
