Bank of Baroda to raise Rs 2,000 crore via bonds

Bank of Baroda has received an approval for the issuance of Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds for aggregate total issue size not exceeding Rs 2,000 crore in single or multiple tranches. The Capital Raising Committee of the bank has approved the same.

Bank of Baroda is engaged in providing various services, such as personal banking, corporate banking, international banking, small and medium enterprise (SME) banking, rural banking, non-resident Indian (NRI) services and treasury services.
