Indian Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank approved appointment of Dina Nath Kumar, Assistant General Manager as the Company Secretary (CS) of the Bank with effect from July 01, 2020, in the place of Bimal Shah. Accordingly Bimal Shah ceases to be the Company Secretary of the Bank with effect from July 01, 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Dina Nath Kumar will be the Compliance Officer for complying with the various requirements of the stock exchanges and SEBI (LODR) Regulations with effect from July 01, 2020 in the place of Bimal Shah.
