Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/07/2020 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares for the Financial year 2019-20. Further, as intimated earlier vide letter dated 28th June, 2020, in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company which was closed with effect from 1st April, 2020 will continue to remain close till 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the First quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
