Kore Foods gains on resuming operations in Goa

Kore Foods is currently trading at Rs. 2.87, up by 0.13 points or 4.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 2.74 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2.67 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2.87 and Rs. 2.61 respectively. So far 2637 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4.75 on 07-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.28 on 26-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2.90 and Rs. 2.37 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.30%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.42% and 49.28% respectively.

Kore Foods has resumed the working at the registered office at Mapusa, Goa and the operations of its factory which is leased to Nutty Treats and Foods situated at Mauxi Road, Valpoi, Sattari, Goa, have partially started with effect from July 03, 2020 by taking all the necessary precautions and following the guidelines provided by the State and Central Government Authorities from time to time in regard to COVID-19 outbreak.

Kore Foods is engaged in producing quality cashew nuts, almonds and pistachio in various flavours. It offers customized products for 5-Star hotels and other reputed customers in the food and catering industry across the country and overseas.
