Duroply Industries has informed that in terms of company's ‘code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2020 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from announcement of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The Date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial result for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 shall be intimated in due course.
