Adhbhut Infrastructure has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from 1st July, 2020 for the Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020, will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
