Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its letter dated July 6, 2020, Prism Johnson has informed that the Company has acquired 35,00,000 equity shares constituting 35% of the shareholding of Sanskar Ceramics aggregating to 12.95 Crores.
