Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per Circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 Dated April 2, 2019, Anuroop Packaging has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed form July 01, 2020 till 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. Accordingly, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
