Manappuram Finance raises Rs 178 crore through NCDs

Manappuram Finance has raised Rs 178 crore through Market Linked, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1780 NCDs having a face value of Rs 1 lakh each on a private placement basis to be listed on the BSE.

The Board of Directors of company at its meeting held on July 10, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.

Manappuram Finance is a non-deposit taking NBFC and having a strong presence in South India in states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
