The trading window has been closed from 21 June 2020 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2020, are made public on 28 July 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the above notice is also being published in Business Standard and Sakal.
