MBL Infrastructures touches roof on turning black in Q4

MBL Infrastructures is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 6.69, up by 0.31 points or 4.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.38 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6.69 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6.69 and Rs. 6.69 respectively. So far 4151 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 7.90 on 28-Aug-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.42 on 27-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6.69 and Rs. 5.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 70.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.01% and 31.50% respectively.

MBL Infrastructures has reported net profit of Rs 336.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 as against net loss of Rs 295.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 3- fold jump at Rs 95.38 crore for Q4FY20 as compared Rs 24.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributable to owners of Rs 289.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 as against net loss Rs 302.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 3- fold jump at Rs 111.68 crore for Q4FY20 as compared Rs 33.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2020, the company has reported net profit of Rs 354.32 crore as against net loss of Rs 241.24 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.38% at Rs 252.03 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 228.32 crore for year ended March 31, 2019.

For the year ended March 31, 2020, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributable to owners of Rs 265.21 crore as against net loss of Rs 263.87 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 30.95% at Rs 315.57 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 240.99 crore for year ended March 31, 2019.
