The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 26th August, 2020 to Tuesday, 1st September, 2020 both for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and also for the payment of Dividend for the financial year 2019-20.
