In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of the company, Ishaan Infrastructures & Shelters has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons from 1st July, 2020 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30 June, 2020, to the public. The Board Meeting for approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2020 will be held on or before 14th August 2020. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
