Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has bagged new order for Mobile Home market from USA. The order comprises of almost 8,200 steel wheels to be executed in the month of August from its Chennai plant. The revenue thus generated would be a total of $71K. Similar orders are expected in times to come from other regular customers as the market regains normalcy. This will support further ramping up of production at Chennai steel wheels plant.
SSWL is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
