United Textiles has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; circulars issued by the Stock Exchanges are Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders. The Trading Window shall remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Period Ending 30th June, 2020. The date of Board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
