Godrej Industries has raised Rs 750 crore through Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 7,500 NCDs having Face Value of Rs 10,00,000 to the Identified Investors as approved by the Committee on July 15, 2020.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 16, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.

Godrej industries a part of Godrej group, is India's leading manufacturer of oleochemicals and makes more than a hundred chemicals for use in over two dozen industries.
