Manappuram Finance raises Rs 70 crore through NCDs

Manappuram Finance has raised Rs 70 crore through secured listed redeemable principle protected market linked non -convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 700 NCDs having the face value of Rs 10,00,000 with issue price of Rs 10,01,417 on a private placement basis.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 16, 2020 approved and allotted the same.

Manappuram Finance is a non-deposit taking NBFC and having a strong presence in South India in states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
