UCO Bank moves up on planning to raise equity capital via various modes

UCO Bank is currently trading at Rs. 13.64, up by 0.49 points or 3.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.15 on the BSE.
 
The scrip opened at Rs. 13.39 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.89 and Rs. 13.25 respectively. So far 291797 shares were traded on the counter.
 
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 22.20 on 21-Nov-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.40 on 25-Mar-2020.
 
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.13 and Rs. 12.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13578.21 crore.

UCO Bank is planning to raise equity capital during the financial year 2020-21 through various modes such as Follow on Public Offer (FPO), Qualified Insitutional Placement (QIP), Preferential issue, right issue etc. The proposal for the same will be placed before the board of directors for its consideration through circular resolution on or after July 23, 2020.
