Therefore the Company requested to grant further extension up to 31st August 2020 in order to enable to complete and submit the same. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all insiders of the company is already closed from 1st April 2020 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter/ period ended 31st March, 2020.
