Shri Bajrang Alliance has informed that, pursuant to the Company’s code for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Insiders (Code), SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed with effect, from July 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 for the Directors/ KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.
