S H Kelkar and Company, through its Italian subsidiary -- Keva Italy Srl, has completed acquisition of balance 49% equity stake in Creative Flavours and Fragrances S.p.A. (CFF) at a consideration of Euros 16 Million. Incorporated in year 2000, CFF is a leading fragrance company in Italy. CFF has presence throughout Europe. The acquisition would enable broadening of the group’s fragrance business.

S H Kelkar and Company is a fragrance manufacturer in India. The company operates in two segments: Fragrances, which manufactures/trades in Fragrances and aroma ingredients for Fragrances, and Flavours, which manufactures/trades in Flavors.
