Peninsula Land surges on getting nod to raise Rs 750 crore through NCDs

Peninsula Land is currently trading at Rs. 4.60, up by 0.08 points or 1.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.52 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4.60 and Rs. 4.30 respectively. So far 32338 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6.35 on 17-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.24 on 30-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4.95 and Rs. 4.11 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 124.24 crore.

Peninsula Land has received approval from board of directors to raise approximately Rs 750 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches within a period of one year on Private Placement basis.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2020 has approved the same.
