Satin Creditcare Network gains on raising Rs 25 crore through NCDs

Satin Creditcare Network is currently trading at Rs. 79.85, up by 0.40 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 79.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 80.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 81.50 and Rs. 79.05 respectively. So far 921 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 317.65 on 27-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 46.00 on 20-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 88.90 and Rs. 79.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 414.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.88% and 40.93% respectively.

Satin Creditcare Network has raised Rs 25 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 11.00% p.a., 250 NCD’s having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each for cash. Date of maturity of the said NCD’s will be July 28, 2023.

Satin Creditcare Network is one of the largest Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Northern India, and is the 3rd largest MFI in the country.
