Eicher Motors’ motorcycle division has reported 26% decline in sales at 40334 units in July 2020 as compared to 54185 motorcycles sold in July 2019. During July 2020, export of motorcycles decreased to 2409 units from 5003 units in July 2019.
The company’s sales of models with engine capacity up to 350 cc decreased by 19% at 36384 units in July 2020 against 45041 units in the same period year ago. The sales of its Models with engine capacity exceeding 350 cc also decreased by 57% at 3950 units in July 2020 as against 9144 units in July last year.
