Sundram Fasteners has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2020, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020. As informed earlier vide letter dated June 30, 2020, the trading window for trading in the Company's equity shares by the Designated Persons and other Connected Persons, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. from June 30, 2020 (Tuesday) to August 14, 2020 (Friday), in terms of the requirements of SFL's insider trading policy titled ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons’ and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
