In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya has informed that the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from 7 August, 2020 to 16th August, 2020. This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th day of August 2020, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30/06/2020 and other items as per agenda.
