Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading by designated persons, which is closed since 1st July, 2020 shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020.
