Shree Precoated Steels (SPSL) has received board’s approval for the commencement of new business as mentioned in clause 43 and clause 44 of other object clause IIIC of Memorandum of Association subject to the approval of shareholders at its meeting.
The company received the approval at its board meeting held on May 25, 2011.
