Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, East Buildtech has informed that that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 18th August, 2020 at 11:30 am at its registered office to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020 and other items of the Agenda. Further, as intimated earlier through its Letter dated 30th June, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons as specified under the Code from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 onwards till Thursday, 20th August, 2020. All the directors and designated employees are advised to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
