Gammon Infrastructure Projects has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Sikkim Hydro Power Ventures, wholly-owned material subsidiary of the Company has been admitted for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (NCLT), under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. NCLT vide its order has appointed Diwan Chand Arya having Registration No: IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00256/2019-20/12925 as an Interim Resolution Professional.
