Motherson Sumi Systems has reported results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020.
The company has reported a net loss of Rs 125.29 crore for the quarter under review against net profit of Rs 172.05 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 75.58% at Rs 453.97 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 1859 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss attributed to owners of Rs 810.45 crore for the quarter under review against net profit of Rs 331.55 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 49.24% at Rs 8551.95 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 16,847.27 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
