Lemon Tree Hotels zooms on opening new hotel in Dwarka

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 28.95, up by 2.25 points or 8.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 27.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 29.35 and Rs. 26.65 respectively. So far 426447 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 69.00 on 24-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.80 on 21-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 29.35 and Rs. 23.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2281.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.32% and 33.20% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened its new property in Dwarka, Gujarat. The hotel, with 109 rooms and suites, will be managed by Carnation Hotels which is a subsidiary and hotel management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels and is situated near the Dwarkadhish Temple in Gujarat.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
